GENERAL RULES FOR ADMISSION/ENTRANCE TEST IN VARIOUS COURSES
  • A candidate can apply to appear in Entrance Test -2018 through submitting an online application form available at www.mponline.gov.in, select ‘Citizen Services’, click on ‘University’ & open ‘DHSGU’ link to fill form.
  • The candidate is advised to apply for admission only if he/she fulfills the eligibility requirements. Candidate must read and understand the details given in the guidelines carefully before filling the application form available on the web site www.dhsgsu.ac.in

  • Candidate has to fill all the required details (Name, DOB, etc.,) as per the Matriculation (X Class).
  • Candidate must have Scanned Copy of Photo and Signature in appropriate form at time of filling the online application form.
  • Ensure that you have correctly filled all the details. Change of category shall not be accepted thereafter at any stage. Check all the details of Application Form before online payment, unpaid form will not be accepted in any case.
  • Online application fee for Entrance Test-2018 is Rs. 800/- + Rs. 50/- (Portal Fee) for Unreserved(UR)/OBC/PC candidates and Rs. 400/- + Rs. 50/- (Portal Fee) for SC and ST candidates. Candidate can pay fee online through MPOnline authorized KIOSK in MP or pay by any ATM cum Debit Card/ Credit Card or Net Banking from anywhere. If your amount is deducted & receipt (in which app. no, trans_id, QR Code, payment date, payment status etc.) has not generated, pay another fee for same application no., the previous amount will be reverted automatically into your a/c.   • Candidate may apply for more than one programme. In such cases, candidate will have to pay Rs. 400 + Rs. 50/(Portal Fee) for Unreserved (UR), OBC and PC and Rs. 200 +Rs. 50/- (Portal Fee) for SC and ST.
  • The Entrance Test Fee once paid shall neither refunded nor transferred to another courses and shall also not be reserved for any subsequent year in any case.
  • Candidate, except sport quota, need not to send their filled application form. However, he/she needs to take print out of filled application form which is to be produced at the time of counselling.
  • Candidates shall download one copy of filled application form which shall have to be produced at the time of counselling.
  • Candidates shall download their entrance Test Admit card from MPOnline/University Website before 10 days of Entrance Test.
  • Only Sports quota candidates/Sports person must submit the hard copy of Online submitted application form along with self attested copies of relevant certificates to Coordinator Admission cell,latest by 25/04/2018.
